A- Prices vary by item.

We charge a minimum of $20 for any repair.

A- Yes, At Bare Boulder we can replace zippers on all types of Garments and Technical Outdoor Gear, including Handbags, Jackets, Purses, Backpacks, Leather Bags,Leather Jackets, Messenger Bags, Day Bags, Travel Bags, Suitcases, Pants, Ski Jackets, Sleeping Bags, Tents, Ski Garments, Down garments, Hunting Garments, or any Soft Items.

A- Yes, We do accept mail repairs, please refer to the repair tab to fill out the repair form or contact us to speak with a repair technician expert.

Q -What is the turnaround time?

A- Turn around time varies, in most cases we can repair your gear in less than a week.

If you are in a rush and need your gear repaired right away please contact us and we’ll make every effort to fix your gear ASAP.

 

Q - Do I have to supply my own materials?

Bare Boulder has a wide inventory of materials to help with your repairs, if not we will work together to locate appropriate materials.

 

Q-Alterations or modifications?

A- Bare Boulder specializes in product prototyping, development, repair, restoration and modification, so if you have an item that needs modifications or alterations please contact us or come to our shop to talk to one of our design expert.
