We’re open for walk-in customers Monday through Saturday.

If you’re not local and need to mail in your repairs, please complete the repair form (PDF) available on our website. Be sure to include the filled-out form with your package when you send it to us.

Once we receive your item, we’ll contact you by phone or email to discuss repair options and next steps.

Our typical turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the repair.
 

Important: If your item is high-priced or valuable, we strongly encourage you to request signature confirmation upon delivery for added security.
